The Multi-State Concealed Carry Permit Course is taught by our Utah Concealed Firearms Permit Instructors and NRA Law Enforcement Instructors. All instructors are certified by the Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification to teach the Utah Concealed Firearms Permit Course. Instructors are also certified by the National Rifle Association (NRA) to teach NRA courses. Each instructor uses a uniform training curriculum that covers vital Utah Concealed Firearms Permit Course content and content required by the State of New Jersey.
Multi-State Concealed Carry Permit Course Details
Registration starts at 8 AM, class begins at 08:30 AM, and ends by 2:00 PM.
Class Includes Lunch and Snacks
Any ammunition, firearms, holsters, or magazines required for range time and qualifications are to be provided by the student. We are unable to supply these items at the range.
Permit Specific Details
Arizona
Applicants must complete the classroom component. Arizona statute also requires the applicant to demonstrate before an authorized instructor proficiency with a firearm to include safely discharging a firearm on a target. Attendees will receive a training certificate suitable to remit to AZ DPS.

Delaware (Must be a DE resident)

- 30-Round Qualifier (Participants should bring at least 100 rounds to class)
Upon completion, the applicant will receive a notarized training affidavit for DE Prothonotary.
(Delaware requires fingerprints to be completed at one of their authorized vendors)
New Jersey
New Jersey applicants must complete both the classroom component that covers the required justification of force training and a qualification on the range.
The range qualification for New Jersey requires:
- Handgun
- 50-Round Qualifier (Participants should bring at least 100 rounds to class)
- Holster
- Extra Magazine
Utah Concealed Firearms Permit
Successful completion and application to the Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification can allow a Utah Concealed Firearm Permit holder to legally carry in 36 to 39 states.
The Utah Concealed Firearms Permit Course includes:
- Utah Concealed Firearms Permit Course
- Fingerprinting
- Passport photos
- Photocopy of your state-issued Drivers License or State ID for the packet to Utah BCI (Please bring original documents with you to class)
- Photocopy of your state-issued Concealed Carry Permit if your state has reciprocity with Utah
- A pre-addressed envelope to the UTAH BCI. (postage not included)
- Lunch and snacks will be provided
You will leave the Utah Concealed Firearms Permit Course with the packet complete. We will be doing the fingerprints, copying of Drivers License, and passport photos on site. You just include the Utah state fee and mail.
Optional Range Time
Students can participate in an optional range time after qualifications. We will have some open range time including some concealed firearm drills. There may be Military personnel shooting as well on the range. Participants must be sure to bring eye and ear protection with them.
LEOSA Qualification
LEOSA candidates should report to the classroom at 12:00. LEOSA Cost is $30.

- 90 rounds of Ammunition.
All prices reflect pre-registration prices. Day of course registration may be at a higher rate and space is not guaranteed.

I was fortunate enough to make the class today 4-19-14 and it was well worth it! The instructors are friendly and professional, presented relevant course material with use of multimedia, no listening to boring descriptions of an encounter…pay attention we have film of it. Light hearted at times but always business. The range drills were fun and challenging with a critique to enhance performance and survivability. I would gladly send my family and friends to them and look forward to another class in the future.
